The new homes sales negotiators in all of our nine offices are skilled in selling properties off plan and, for large developments, we can arrange to staff sites on a full or part-time basis if required.
Bespoke service
All Lancasters land and new homes clients receive our individual attention and we will put together a bespoke package of sales literature and advertising to suit you. This includes everything you need to promote your development, from property particulars, site maps and road signs, to the design and placement of adverts in the relevant local media.
